Un nuovo modello di cura, fondato su comunicazione, visione e valori condivisi
Heartitude è un progetto nato in ambito ospedaliero con l’obiettivo di migliorare la qualità dell’assistenza sanitaria partendo da chi ogni giorno si prende cura degli altri: medici e professionisti sanitari.
Alla base c’è una convinzione semplice, ma rivoluzionaria: prendersi cura di chi cura è il primo passo per prendersi meglio cura dei pazienti.
Heartitude integra formazione avanzata, mentorship, coaching e cultura del benessere, proponendo per la prima volta in modo strutturato l’ingresso di mental coach e professionisti del well-being all’interno dei team clinici.
È un modello innovativo di cura che mette al centro la relazione, la consapevolezza e l’evoluzione del ruolo professionale in sanità.

Emilia
D'Elia
Founder
Dr. Emilia D’Elia is a Consultant Cardiologist at Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo, where since 2022 she has been Head of the Day Hospital and Outpatient Clinic for Heart Failure. After graduating with honors in Medicine and specializing in Cardiology at the University of Pavia, she earned a PhD in Internal Medicine and Therapeutics and gained international clinical and research experience in Malaysia, the United States (Oklahoma Heart Hospital, Boston–Massachusetts General Hospital), and the UK. Her expertise focuses on chronic and advanced heart failure, heart transplant candidates, and cardiac amyloidosis. She is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC) and the Heart Failure Association (FHFA), serves on European scientific committees, and is Vice President of the Lombardy Regional Board of the Italian Society of Telemedicine. Adjunct Professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca, she is the author of more than 90 scientific publications and acts as peer reviewer for international journals. She is currently attending a postgraduate Master’s program in Artificial Intelligence applied to Medicine at the University of Turin.

Luciana D’Angelo is a Cardiologist at Niguarda Hospital in Milan, with expertise in advanced heart failure, heart transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support. She is Head of the Pulmonary Hypertension Center and coordinates the hospital’s multidisciplinary team. She is actively involved in clinical care and research, serving as Principal Investigator and sub-investigator in international clinical trials, and has authored peer-reviewed publications.

Biancamaria Cavallini is an Occupational Psychologist, Scientific Director, and Board Member of Mindwork. Since 2020 she has been a member of the Board of the Psychologists’ Association of Liguria. A TEDx speaker, she is a regular contributor to Il Sole 24 Ore and author of books on psychological well-being at work. Since 2023, she has been the co-host of the Will Media and Mindwork podcast “Troppo Poco,” focused on mental health in the workplace.

Gabriele Sol has been dedicated to Coaching and Training since 2013, following a solid professional background in business, elite sports, and communication. Today, he is a Master Coach and Trainer in the field of Sports—working with world-class athletes, including Olympians, as well as young talents—and in the field of Business, collaborating with companies, entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals. He is the founder and director of the Three Dimensional Coaching Academy, where he trains new professional coaches through the Three Dimensional Coaching® method, an original approach that integrates Being, Thinking, and Acting to foster lasting and highly transformative change.

Michela Giovanna Coccia is a Cardiologist at Voghera Civil Hospital (ASST Pavia), where since 2022 she has been Head of the Heart Failure Outpatient Clinic. Graduated with honors and distinction, she specialized in Cardiology at the University of Pavia with an award-winning research project recognized by the Italian Society of Cardiology. Her clinical and research interests include chronic heart failure and advanced imaging, particularly cardiac MRI. She completed a Master’s degree in Heart Failure in Florence and has authored publications in international scientific journals.

Dr. Roberta Magnano graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and specialized in Cardiology at the University of L’Aquila in 2018, earning the highest marks. A member of SIC and ANMCO, she also served for four years on the Regional Board of ANMCO Abruzzo. Her clinical and research interests have always focused on heart failure, cardiomyopathies, and particularly cardiac amyloidosis. In 2019 she completed with honors a Master’s in Gender Medicine at the University of L’Aquila, followed in 2024 by a Master’s in Clinical Competence in Heart Failure at the University of Florence. Since 2021, she has been Head of the Heart Failure and Cardiac Amyloidosis Outpatient Clinic at the Civil Hospital of Pescara, where she combines patient care, research, and education. She has contributed to numerous publications in national and international scientific journals.

Ilaria Battistoni is a cardiologist at the Cardiology-CCU Unit of the Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria Ospedali Riuniti di Ancona – Lancisi, where she has been working since 2012. She graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery and specialized in Cardiology at the Politecnica University of Marche. She later obtained three second-level university Master’s degrees: Advanced heart failure therapy with mechanical circulatory support systems (University of Padua, 2024), Medium- and long-term venous access (Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Rome, 2021), and Clinical competence in intensive cardiac care (University of Florence, 2017). Her clinical activity focuses on the management of critically ill patients, with particular expertise in acute and advanced heart failure, ultrasound-guided interventional procedures, and mechanical circulatory support. She is also actively involved in research as Principal Investigator and Sub-investigator in national and international clinical trials. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of ANMCO (Italian Association of Hospital Cardiologists).
